Elevated at about 1,000 meters above sea level, Saputara boasts a pleasant climate year-round, lush green forests, undulating mountains, and a beautiful lake at its center.

How to Reach

Saputara is well connected by road. It is about 290 km from Ahmedabad (5-6 hrs drive via NH48 and State Highway) and 158 km from Surat. State buses and private taxis are easily available.

The nearest railway station is Bilimora, about 80 km away. From Bilimora, you can take a bus or taxi to Saputara. There is also a narrow-gauge train from Bilimora to Waghai.

The nearest domestic airport is Surat (158 km), and the nearest international airports are in Vadodara and Ahmedabad (290 km). You can hire a taxi from the airport to reach Saputara.
